Daati Maharaj tells Delhi High Court CBI violated norms by lodging fresh FIR in sexual assault case

Daati Maharaj's lawyers made the submission before the court while seeking review of the high court's 3 October order transferring the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) from the Delhi Police's Crime Branch.
